Delivery Policy

1. We have expanded our delivery areas. Our delivery service available within Klang Valley areas & Outstations (West Malaysia Only). Please Refer to the list below:-

2. reserves the right to deliver only to the shipping address. Customers are pleased to ensure the availability to receive orders at the date and time of scheduled delivery. In the event of delivery failure due to customer’s unavailability, an additional delivery fee of RM20 will be charged for delivery rescheduled. 2nd attempt delivery will be made on the following days of the week. For failure to receive the delivery on 2nd attempt, reserves the right not to exchange, refund or retrieved.


3. Upon receiving and confirmed customer’s order, Delivery will usually made within 1-2 working days for Klang Valley & 2-4 working days for Outstations, except for Sunday & public holidays. offer no guarantee on the delivery timeline. Orders will normally delivered on between 10am to 5pm.


4. Customers are advised to examine the goods upon delivered. The responsibility is deemed passed to the customers and will not be liable for any cost or liability thereafter.


5. In case of damaged, spoilt products are noticed, please inform us immediately within 2 hours after good received at or WhatsApp us at 6018-2746626. Kindly refer to “Refund & Return Policy”
